Appointments & Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Deposits & Prepayments
Certain appointments (such as cosmetic treatments, extended procedures, or new patient visits) may require a deposit or prepayment.

Deposits are typically non-refundable if the appointment is missed or canceled without proper notice

If you reschedule within the required notice period, your deposit can be applied to a future visit
Treatment Refunds

If retail products are offered (such as whitening kits or oral care products):
